A digital human is a synthetic presenter: lip-synced, generated in software, reading the script you supply. Sellers use one when filming a person for every SKU and every hook would not keep up.
What it is good at
Explaining a product, testing two openings of the same script, and repeating a catalog in more than one language. The format works when a talking person outperforms silent product shots. It does not invent trust. The words are still yours.
What you must disclose
TikTok expects AI-generated people and scenes to be labeled. Publishing a synthetic presenter as if they were a specific real creator is both a policy problem and a consent problem. TikForge's checks look for a missing disclosure. They do not certify that a platform reviewer will agree.
What it is not
It is not an unattended salesperson. A live that runs with nobody watching still needs a human responsible for what is said. The avatar is a production tool, not a substitute for that responsibility.
